Booty & Core
This class is designed for those looking to tighten and tone their core and glutes. Building a strong core, back and booty will improve confidence, increase overall strength and lift your posture. Modified for all fitness levels. Bring or borrow one of our yoga mats.
PILATES MAT
Led by our certified Pilates instructor, this class is designed to improve your physical strength, increase your flexibility and align your posture. We will focus on strengthening the core and pelvic floor. Those looking to tone and strengthen the core are encouraged to try this class!
Stroller FitnesS & Core and floor
Join us for Core & Floor in April and Stroller Fitness OUTSIDE from May to August. This functional, total-body conditioning and cardio workout class is specifically designed for parents with little ones alongside. This 60-minute classes include strength training, cardio and core restoration with baby along. Pelvic floor conditioning and post-partum safe exercises are the primary focus. Siblings are welcome to tag along! Email us to book your 8 week block.

Join us for a strength class, modified for all fitness levels. No cardio! Use a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
Stretch & Strength
It's time to give your body and mind a little TLC. This Tranquil, Low-Intensity and Calm class incorporates acoustic music, low lighting, deep breathing and invites all abilities with multiple modifications demonstrated for every exercise. Pilates, yoga, mindful movement, tai-chi, and ballet are all fused together in this unique class. Benefits include building the mind-body connection, bringing to the body awareness through movement, promoting mindfulness and calm, decreases heart rate, lowers levels of cortisol, alleviates symptoms of depression and anxiety, lengthens muscles and promotes muscle recovery. Modified for all levels.
total body
Total Body is just what it sounds like: a total body workout! This strength + cardio class aims to hit all major muscle groups in one session. Exercises will target back, legs, chest, shoulders, arms and core. Tone the body and burn calories in this fun, engaging class for all fitness levels.
Power circuit
Add power to your training regime. This class involves set up stations for you to rotate between and is modified for all from those wanting to learn about building strength to pros looking to increase power in their lifts. We will bring it back to basics: main compound lifts, deadlifts, squats, dumbbell press, band work, KB swings, weight movement and bar work. This class is designed for those looking to build muscle and tone the body overall. An excellent addition to your weekly routine which will show great progress in your body.
Personal Training
PT 1:1 or 1:2 Personal Training is offered by our knowledgeable, motivating and certified trainers and is booked by the hour at a convenient time for you. Personal Training 1:1 or 1:2 is booked in 8 week blocks at the same day/time each week. Email info@northendfit.com to book.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING Join groups of 3-7 people for 6 weeks of training. Use these sessions as a chance to ask all of your questions and to review form/technique. Participants will be challenged in a strength/cardio circuit modified for the fitness level of each member. Tips and tricks will be shared with the group each week. First come, first served. Stretch & Mobility
This full body class targets major muscle groups and joints with core strength, balance work, functional strength, dynamic stretches and mobility work. Working on these areas will make everyday movement and your other strength goals easier. Modified for all fitness levels- take this class to reap all the benefits of stretch and mobility work.
heart & soul 60+
Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. It can prevent many of the health problems that sometimes come with age and helps your muscles grow stronger for your day-to-day activities. This functional class is designed for those 60 plus and allows you to move at your own pace. Focus is on building strength and balance through low-impact exercises that can be done seated or standing. Weights will be used to build stability and promote heart health. This class is designed for those 60+ and focuses on building stability, bone and muscle strength, balance and flexibility through resistance training and functional exercises. North End Yoga
A thorough yoga class for all - yogi or not. Beginning with breathwork and sun salutations, we lead into standing postures for strength, length and balance. Our class ends with core work and deep releasing seated postures that take us into a moment of full relaxation. Modified for all - beginner to advanced.
learn to lift course (Ages 14-17)
This 90 minute strength-training course is led by a certified Personal Trainer and is offered exclusively to teens looking to get stronger at North End Gym. Participants will be taught proper use of equipment and technique to ensure a safe, effective strength training session. Building muscular strength, endurance and power is the focus. Booked at a day/time that works for you. Email info@northendfit.com to claim a spot. NOTE: 16-17 year olds MUST take this course prior to working out at North End Gym without a chaperone.
RED LIGHT MAT
Join our Red Light Mat classes using red/near-infrared light therapy to speed up recovery, decrease soreness, promote relaxation and increase circulation. Options include Pilates Mat, Yoga and Stretching classes. Each participant will use their own red light mat. Wear as little clothing as possible to maximize skin contact. Example, a tank versus long sleeve top. You may want to bring sunglasses. Please review the waiver sent in your booking confirmation email which outlines who may/may not partake in this class. You must sign a paper waiver at the studio prior to your first class. This class is open to those 18+ Those who are pregnant, sensitive to light or on certain medications/supplements or with certain conditions outlined in the waiver may not attend.
learn to RUN
This clinic will begin in May and is designed for walkers and those new to running. We will guide you through a structured program that provides instruction on how to run safely. Our Certified Run Coaches will take you from the couch to running a 5K! More info to come!

fitkids Jr. (Jk to grade 2)
Join us for a fun hour of active games, exercise challenges and engaging fitness contests. This class builds coordination, muscular strength, agility and heart-health in our youngests members. Most imporantly, Fitkids Jr. teaches kids that exercise is FUN!! NEW IN 2026: Parents/Grandparents may use their own credits to book their children in this class.
strength training for women
Designed specifically for women, this class addresses the needs for strength training at various stages including perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Save muscle, build bone density and gain strength with progressive overload applied class after class.
barre 45
Pilates + Ballet + Yoga + Strength
This 45 minute fusion class blends high intensity, high rep, low-impact exercises that use isometric holds and pulses to strength core, glutes and full body. We will use pilates balls, bands, rings, yoga blocks and more for a unique 45 min. burn. Barefeet or pilates socks are recommended.
